"Grazioso appartamento con tutti confort" DIRK 1

Il mio alloggio si trova a solo 4 km dal centro di San Teodoro e dalle famose spiagge, splendide viste panoramiche,ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vicino a tutte le comodità come supermercati,farmacia etc.Dista 20 minut in auto all'aeroporto e al porto. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla e rilassante.Arredamento nuovo con cucina completa. Linea del gas e idrica diretta.( no bombola in casa ). Molto spazio al esterno con lettini e barbeque. POSTO AUTO PRIVATO.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. A 200 mt da bar, parco giochi, supermercato. La residenza è composta da un luminoso soggiorno cucina che si affaccia su piccolo patio pavimentato e vivibile, due camere letto, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, due bagni. Villetta meravigliosa e confortevole, fresco , luminoso e in un contesto residenziale di alto livello . This house is perfect for Family . Fantastic New Private Swim Pool . Sardinian Country House for rent

Sardinian Country House (Stazzo) overlooking La Maddalena Archipelago. Immersed in nature. Original traditional features, large bedroom and living room, good size kitchen well equipped open to an ample sunny terrace with flowers and herbs. Very comfortable house with stone and wood predominance for a cool and relaxing stay! A cat is living in the property but she is used to live outside and we take care of her food.
