Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the upper floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 4 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house is located in the square of Akamatra village, up in the mountain, in the center of the island, 10' by car from the port of Evdilos. The village is officialy characterized as traditional, is naturaly decorated with century old plane trees and fountain and a stone-built square for infinite play and relaxation. There are a lot of routes through the forest for hiking with destination to other villages as well as the castle of Koskinas.
