The renovated house is built on the south coast Rethymno. It is a spacious and bright house that can host 6 people. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms ( two of them have en-suite bathrooms) and an independent bathroom with washing machine. Each bedroom is equipped with air-condition unit and TV. Upstairs there are a fully equipped kitchen,a living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and a modern fireplace. The best part of the property is a private terrace with a big jacuzzi!

It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.
