Large ski apartment with superb view, spa/pool

James est un hôte sympathique et disponible par message à tout moment. Le logement était confortable et très joli. Service de petit déjeuner parfait avant de partir au ski, local à skis chauffé et bien entretenu. La literie est confortable et le parking est très utile. Le spa est accessible tous les jours (juste le jacuzzi qui n'a presque pas de bulles mais à part ça, c'était parfait) Nous reviendrons très rapidement.

Lovely 2 bed-room with pool next to Mountain Lift.

Great stay only a 2 minute walk from both the Valeen and L’Alpin gondolas and a short walk into the centre which is nice and quiet but has great restaurants. Apartment was great for 4 and fit us well. Clean and tidy with good amenities in the building such as laundry and ski lockers etc. The only small downside was no oven but that is shown in the pictures of the apartment and only a sofa for 2 people but the dining table has enough comfortable chairs to socialise around in the main living area. Hosts were exceptional with great communication and would 100% stay again.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Très bon séjour dans cette petite résidence à Giez avec vue sur les montagnes. Résidence calme et appartement confortable et conforme à la description. Merci à Charlotte qui a été très sympathique et réactive.

Appartement sur le lac d'Annecy

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

annonce fidèle à a réalité vue incroyable sur le lac maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, très propre, rien ne manque très bonne communication pour l'entrée et la sortie une bonne bouteille de vin de Savoie nous attendait en cadeau de bienvenue et le lendemain nous avons eu un panier (très garni ) de fruits avec une petite friandise pour notre chien nous reviendrons certainement car nous avons passé un merveilleux week end en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Les informations données par Amélie et Gaylord sont claires et précises pour récupérer les clés et l'utilisation de la piscine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d'une semaine. Nous avons pu profité de la piscine couverte et un peu chauffée à travers la coque malgré le temps mitigé. Le logement est bien situé, facile à trouver. La vue sur les montagnes est superbe. Stéphane a été d'une grande aide pour notre installation. Nous le remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans la région, nous ne manquerons pas de relouer ce logement.

Vores familie på 6 havde en fantastisk uge i Anne-Sophie og hendes families hus. Fantastisk udsigt og rolige omgivelser. Alt var meget smukkere i virkeligheden. Boligen var meget ren og indbydende. Poolen var også ren og lækker. Alt fungerede perfekt og vi havde en god dialog med Anne-Sophie og hendes mand både før og under vores ophold. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sandrine and Jean-Marc’s place. The house is spotless with a lovely modern décor. Lots of amenities and obviously very well looked after. There is a large private garden for use by guests too. The location is a fantastic base for exploring the region - 20 mins by car takes you into the heart of Chamonix and the foot of Mont Blanc, with all of the outdoor activities that come with it - our dog loved the hikes we took him on! Sandrine and Jean-Marc were wonderful hosts - very friendly and responsive throughout! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Juste incroyable. Emplacement calme, un très joli cadre et un accueil chaleureux. Ce logement a été au delà de nos attentes et je le conseille sans aucune hésitation. Merci encore pour ces vacances.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

C'est un appartement très fonctionnel, joliment arrangé, pratique, propre et agréable. Chantal est aux petits soins pour ses "vacanciers". On a bien entendu envie de revenir, et Albertville est bien situé pour visiter cette belle région! En tous cas, et pour résumer, tout était PARFAIT!

La estancia en el alojamiento de Andrew ha sido fantástica. El apartamento es muy moderno y muy confortable, además de muy bien ubicado para acceder a las pistas de esquí. Tuvimos una pequeña confusión con las sábanas y Andrew respondió de la mejor forma posible. Es en estos detalles donde se demuestra que es un gran anfitrión. Sin duda me gustaría repetir en el caso de volver a Les Contamines. Gracias por todo Andrew!

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

This a great location to be in Verbier. The building has a public pool and sauna which is great. The apartment is small but has everything you need and it also boasts a fantastic view of the alps. Georges is a great host!
