Wanaka Cedar Loft

**The loft is 1.5kms, 2 mins drive to the town & about a 20 min walk for the average person)- If this is beyond your fitness capability, or your preference to be close to town- please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Minaret Guest Suite is your peaceful retreat in Wānaka’s Peninsula Bay, with mountain views and walking trails on your doorstep. Nearby Beacon Point beach is great for a picnic, lake-dip or sunset. Wanaka's shops, restaurants and takeaways are just a 10 minute drive away. Minaret Guest Suite is part of our house and separated by a solid, locked internal door. Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Cosy Studio Close to Town

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, a small fridge however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. The room sleeps three people in two beds, each with an electric blanket. There is a queen bed and a king single bed. Off street parking on site.
