This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub!
