Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Thanks for choosing Palermo as your next destination! As a person who love to travel, I totally understand how important a strategically perfect place is, so I offer you my studio flat apartment in a very central location. Apartment is simple itself but it feels like home, has basic things you need & is located close to via Roma, p. San Domenico, via V. Emanuele or street food market La Vucciria. Also, there are so many bars and restaurants around so you will have so many options of food.

Appartamento moderno in pieno centro storico, con una camera da letto e un divano letto, si trova all'interno di un immobile storico ristrutturato ed è sito al secondo piano senza ascensore . Si sviluppa su 2 livelli, in quello inferiore si trova la cucina soggiorno dotata anche di tv e un divano letto, bagno e terrazzino; al livello superiore si trova la camera da letto. Riscaldamento e climatizzatori in tutte le zone. Wi fi gratuito.

Cozy apartment with garden beside Spasimo

Beside Spasimo church, in the heart of Kalsa district, the apartment is really close to Orto botanico, Palazzo Abatellis Gallery, Magione church, Foro italico. Very close to restaurants and pizza places, excellent bakery around the corner, a fish vendor at the end of the street and two travelling little trucks who call out their wares in the morning. This allows a genuine living experience in the old part of the city.
