Uma Villa de montanha construída à mais de 100 anos , implantada sobre uma imponente rocha com uma envolvente única e uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o mar a cidade , Cascais e a montanha onde está inserida . A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Lovely house in Sintra

Private small house and garden with a view to the sea at end of village lane. About 10 min. walk from the village of Almoçageme, with grocery stores, hairdresser, laundry, restaurants and cafes. About 15 min. walk from the village of Penedo and 25 min. walk from Adraga beach. you are 15 min. by car from Sintra, 25 min. from Cascais and 40 min. from the airport. In the beautiful surroundings it is possible to take long hikes in the green forest or at the top of the stunning cliffs .

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Uma vivenda espaçosa e muito confortável. Muito bem localizada, a 10 min a pé da praia/lagoa e a 10 min do mercado biológico. Se procura praia, natureza, desportos nauticos ou simplesmente relaxar com muito sol nos parques bem como visitar locais históricos etc, você encontrou o espaço perfeito! A 30 min de Lisboa, a 40 min do aeroporto. Venha divertir-se na lagoa maravilhosa com a família e amigos. A casa é ideal para famílias até 9 pessoas. Tudo farei para que tenha uma ótima estadia.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Este espaço fica situado na Lisbon South Bay, inserido na zona histórica do Seixal, a 50m da praia do Seixal e de zonas de restauração, bares, comércio e transportes públicos. Poderá usufruir de um magnífico pôr do sol com Lisboa como horizonte. O terminal fluvial do Seixal fica a 15 minutos a pé ou a 2 minutos de transportes públicos, ficando a zona histórica de Lisboa a 20 minutos numa agradável viagem de barco.

Zé House

A casa destaca-se pela sua arquitetura moderna, integrada no centro histórico de Palmela. Zé House foi o nome atribuído pelos arquitetos. Uma casa simples cuja arquitetura procurou afirmar-se num contexto secular pelo seu carácter contemporâneo, estabelecendo não apenas uma relação geométrica com a envolvente mas também uma relação cromática. O resultado foi um espaço surpreendente e acolhedor.
