Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. *No unauthorized parties. Evidence of an unauthorized gathering beyond guest limit (7) will result in immediate cancellation of remaining stay without refund of cancelled days. *No smoking inside of house. Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $200 fine PER cigarette. *Although we welcome pets (2 dogs max) we require a $125 pet fee per stay. This will ensure our property is sufficiently cleaned for the next guests.

It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around
