This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
