The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! Our group enjoyed our stay here and both the property and the host / staff were able to meet our expectations. - The location is very secure since it's inside a gated neighborhood. - The pool's temperature is not too hot, but good enough to keep you warm. - The villa has a good location to view both sunrise and sunset. - The staff provides a professional welcome, provides clear instructions, proactive in checking what the guests need, very responsive, and addresses concerns immediately. - The staff is perfectly on time with their scheduled responsibilities. - The location is marked accurately in maps / GPS applications. - There are nearby mom and pop stores, as well as chain 24/7 convenience stores. - There are good number of rooms and plenty of beds to accommodate large groups. - The property provides good and stable Wi-Fi internet connection.

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Such a lovely house, so relaxing and comfortable to stay, peaceful surroundings... We brought with us our 4 dogs and they could roam around freely and safe. We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

This Airbnb was truly a “what you see is what you get” kind of stay in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best one I’ve booked so far, from its stunning architecture to its thoughtfully designed interiors that serve both form and function. The location is also a big plus, very accessible and just past Twin Lakes Hotel, making it easy to find and close to key landmarks. I hosted an intimate girl dinner party with my bffs, and it was such a bonus that the place stayed quiet and peaceful even with the other unit occupied by a group as well. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was superb, extremely helpful and proactive, even cleaning the place and the pool in the morning without us needing to ask. The space is also perfect for big groups, with spacious bedrooms offering a total of five double beds, three in Room A and two in Room B, plus a cozy loft area with a pullout. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

The place was so peaceful; all you will hear is the wind and the birds. Martin and the caretaker, Kuya Jose, were very accommodating with our requests. Will definitely come back for a quick break from the city.

Had a great stay here :) the only downside i can think of was because we were quite a big group we bought too much food and it didnt fit the ref :p but i will definitely go back here again with the family cause we enjoyed too much, the place was great and well kept.
