This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

This worker's cottage and "architectural folly" is located in a great neighborhood near shopping, Allianz Field, freeway access, and short driving distance to Concordia University, Macalester College, St. Thomas and St. Catherine University.

The full kitchen is fully furnished with most anything needed, the bedroom (queen bed/wardrobe, Living and Dining room offer options for entertainment, ample space for work, play or additional sleeping needs. A historic building, with a twist-stay somewhere with a story!

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
