Watch as the sun sets over the hill in front of you. Then, above you on a clear night, the Milky Way and a myriad of constellations appear. Truly rested, fall asleep in comfort & silence.

The Old Church, stunning historic venue

Retaining many wonderful original features and set in a semi-rural location, The Old Church features a welcoming wood burner, large bespoke wooden dining table, huge covered south facing deck with fire pit and views over open countryside. The grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and attractions only a short drive. With two private one bedroom lodges secluded within the grounds and available for rent separately, The Old Church is ideally suited to friends and family gatherings.

This peaceful place to stay is located near the best attractions in Ayrshire including Burn's Cottage, Head's of Ayr Farm Park and Brig'o Doon - all within walking distance. It is also a 10-minute walk to the beach and has many local amenities nearby. There are plenty of great golf courses nearby, Seafield and Belleisle being just 1 mile from us. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden on the banks of the River Doon , it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.
