The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.
