Open plan living, modern kitchen and a unique bathroom, all with large windows that bring the outdoors in. A covered deck deck bathes in sunshine + looks across the garden you share with rescue hens who lay fresh eggs for breakfast! Doors open directly from the bedroom to a 2nd deck shaded by the canopy of a Poinciana tree

The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

A big, stand-alone boutique studio on a two-acre rural block ten minutes from the shops and restaurants of Ballina. Just off the highway, it's a perfect stopover beteen Sydney and Brisbane. This romantic couple's paradise is right next to the Richmond River.

Relax in this calm, stylish space enjoying tropical garden outlook. The studio is on the lower level to the main house with a completely separate entrance. Please bare in mind you may hear us upstairs. The space includes a kitchenette; microwave, mini fridge & coffee. Queen sized bedroom & ensuite with a seperate living area including a queen sofa bed. 6 min drive to Lennox Village you will need a car to stay here We have outdoor security cameras

Cosy modern Studio

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.

The Eureka Studio

The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.
