Appartamento "Binidittu"mini loft vicino a centro storico

Immergiti nel contrasto vintage e moderno di questa casa, completamente ristrutturata, appartenuta a mia nonna e piena di ricordi. In uno stile del tutto mediterraneo "Binidittu" offre un piacevole soggiorno tipico siciliano. Il loft ha un originale arredo vintage pur mantenendo un design innovativo, funzionale e moderno il terrazzo è destinato ad un uso comune con lavatrice,ferro e asse da stiro, una piccola palestra e un area relax esterna con divanetti. All'arrivo dell'ospite diamo delle indicazioni e facciamo un giro veloce del paese. Siamo disponibili ad ogni richiesta... Il loft si trova a 300 mt dallo svincolo autostradale. Casteldaccia è un piccolo paese sul mare situato tra Palermo e Cefalù a pochi minuti dalle rovine di Solunto e dalle ville settecentesche di Bagheria.Nel centro storico di Casteldaccia sarà possibile passeggiare tra le vie del paese ed essere immersi nei colori e nei profumi della cultura siciliana. Nelle vicinanze vari lidi balneari e spiagge libere. E' comunque preferibile avere con se o affittare una macchina per potersi spostare senza essere legati agli orari dei mezzi pubblici o dei treni.

Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza coperta da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Comprende un'ampia camera da letto, un rilassante salotto con vista su Cefalù ed accesso diretto alla terrazza, un bagno con comodo box doccia ed una cucina abitabile con caratteristico caminetto a legna. È necessaria l’auto per arrivare.

Ideale anche per soggiorni lunghi o per viaggi di lavoro. Nel quartiere locali, ristoranti e negozi. Raggiungibili a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

L'appartamento "Il Medioevo", dotato di ogni confort, si trova all'interno di Palazzo Conte Federico, uno dei più antichi e prestigiosi edifici di Palermo. Vi troverete avvolti da un'atmosfera affascinante e suggestiva, a due passi da: Palazzo Reale, Cappella Palatina, Cattedrale, mercato Ballarò. La zona è ricca di ristoranti e di vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie o a chi viaggia per lavoro.
