Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. The basement room has a queen bed and a king sofa pullout in the entertainment room. Another full bath is here. The first floor study has a full sofa bed. The Derby house has 100 feet of private waterfront, beach and a large deep water crib dock. Relax and dine on the large deck by day and sit by the waters edge and enjoy a crackling fire while star gazing at night. There is plenty of space for your boat, kayak, canue etc. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the sandy beach with easy access to swimming & snorkeling.

Your home way from home features 3 bedrooms, living room with pellet stove, dining room, central a/c, screened porch, back deck, two car garage, laundry and a fire pit. There is ample parking to accommodate a boat/snowmobile trailer and is located less than a mile to the public boat launch in Alton Bay. It is a quick walk down to the bay and across the street from miles of snowmobile and hiking trails.
