Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. This Tiny house is on the Rachael Carson Wildlife Preserve and 200 ft from the beach! Your best vacation spot in Wells Beach. You have a firepit that's located ocean front with chairs . There are private stairs to enter the beach and are walking distance to restaurants. We provide beach chairs, large deck and the most beautiful place on earth. It has a murphy Queen bed , kitchen, BBQ, bathroom, Sofa, Keurig Coffee maker. Great in Spring, Summer or Fall as the beach is always AMAZING!
