The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Incredible location right on the beach. Super comfortable apartment with plenty of space. We had a really great stay and great value.

Marie was so helpful and our stay had everything we needed to spend days on the beach with all the accommodations to stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and no noise pollution for a good nights rest. The condo was immaculate. Location, views and beach access were unbeatable. The extra long balcony was an unexpected bonus and rare find. Amelia island gave us a Miami Beach with Georgia backyard. We stayed late April and the Island was quiet, safe and easy to navigate. Marie’s place was absolutely perfect and we will have no reservations coming back!

Fantastic location right in the heart of Fernandina Beach (water side). House was exactly as depicted and the owners were responsive and exceptionally accommodating. Was very pleased. Would absolutely rent again! Thanks!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside rental! The check-in process was smooth, and finding the place was easy. The owners clearly put in a lot of care to modernize and maintain the unit. The WIFI was flawless!.Whether we were streaming, working remotely, or planning our next day’s activities, the internet never skipped a beat. This was a huge plus, especially for those of us who needed to stay connected during the trip We stayed in a bottom unit, and while we occasionally heard footsteps from above, it was never disruptive. Parking was mostly easy. The best part? You’re just steps away from the beach! It was amazing to wake up, step outside, and be right on the sand.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Unit was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, beds/linens very nice. Location very convenient to the pool and tennis court.

Our stay was amazing! The AC was down when we arrived (early, but the hosts were very accommodating). We left for the beach, came back and went to dinner and it was working perfectly when we got back. Pamela was very proactive to getting it fixed. The condo was clean, tidy, and a great place to vacation. Being right on the beach, you simply had to grab your chairs and you’re steps away from the ocean. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Erin’s place at the beach. It is located close to the beach which allowed us to walk to the beach in only a few minutes. There were other items of interest like shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby that were a short drive away. Erin’s place was well furnished with everything we needed including beach chairs. Our stay was relaxing and stress free thanks to the attentiveness of the host. We would like to go back again soon!

Galina (the owner) was fantastic. the property is being improved and renovated and was really comfortable and right across the street from the beach. A management company sets the rules/contract so there are some restrictions but they allowed our dog which was great. Galina was on property when we were there and our interactions were delightful. Amelia Island and the surrounding area are well worth a visit and Galina's units are well worth a stay!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

We cannot say enough good things about Laura's place! Everything was perfect! She thought of everything to make you feel at home! Our family enjoyed the quiet area and easy walk to the beach! Laura's place was very comfortable and clean! There is not one thing I would change about this place and we hope to visit again and we will definitely book here ! Beautiful stay!! Easy to get around Jax beach from the air bnb! Not far from Publix and restaurants! Very peaceful! Host was fast at replying to questions I had and was so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend! (:

Close to the beach and quiet location

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and the condo felt like home. Ample space and storage, with beautiful views. Very central location and within easy walking distance to restaurants and activities. Would absolutely stay in this location again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s place! Super relaxing. Everything was easily accessible. Great food. Everyone in the island was so friendly! Everything we could have possibly needed was available at the condo. Master bed was very comfy. Really appreciated the kitchen appliances and access to beach chairs. The state parks offer biking, hiking, kayaking and my husband got to practice his surfing skills right in front of the condo. Pool was always perfect too. Jan was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Probably our favorite Florida beach vacation in 14 years.

This condo was absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway with the family. There was enough room so we weren't on top of each other, and the condo is well loved by both the owner and the previous guests with tons of amenities and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The beach is gorgeous and rather private, with plenty of space between your group and the next family. The water is clean and the surf sounds amazing at night, but can we talk about the spectacular sunrises? Don't pass this one up!

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! It was so easy to access being on the first floor. The unit was beautifully appointed and clean! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We lacked for nothing. We would love ro stay in this unit again next year.

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

My wife and I have stayed at Brigid's place a number of times and we always enjoy our stay! The location, the views, the accommodations, and the amenities are all top-notch! We will definitely come back and stay in the future!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!
