romantic experience in the center of amsterdam. a quite and private place near Rijksmuseum and famous squares. the boat has a bathroom,one bedroom and a couch for sleeping so there is room for four persons. tv and internet are available and the kitchen has an oven and microwave ready to use. the neighbourhood has nice restaurants, bars, shops and around the corner walking five minutes along the beautiful reguliersgracht you enter the rembrandtplein. this is a remodeled houseboat that still has its historic character. built in 1920, it was used to transport potatoes, sand, and all manner of food and industrial goods. the pictures show one of the original families that lived and worked on the boat in all of Holland. it is one of the best preseved houseboats of its age in Amsterdam.

De ingang van het huis is gemeenschappelijk, we wonen op de bovenste verdiepingen, maar de studio heeft een eigen ingang vanaf de gang en heeft een eigen toegang tot de tuin met uitzicht op en toegang tot een kanaal. De studio heeft een keuken met basis kookgerei (magnetron, kookplaten, pannen, koffiezetapparaat, enz.), douche, toilet en zithoek om uw verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken.

Deze B&B is gelegen op de begane grond van een karakteristiek en solide herenhuis gebouwd rond 1900. Het ligt direct aan het Oosterpark met gemakkelijke toegang tot alles wat Amsterdam te bieden heeft. Deze gezinsvriendelijke B&B met achtertuin heeft twee verdiepingen met de eigen ruimte met 2 slaapkamers, badkamer en apart toilet. Gasten kunnen gebruik maken van de speelkamer met zwembad en voetbaltafel en tuinkamer met veel bordspellen. Er is ook een eigen buitenzithoek aanwezig dat zeldzaam is voor Amsterdam.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.
