Logement calme et agréable avec son jardin situé dans un quartier arboré et verdoyant. Supermarché et boulangerie à proximité. 20 minutes pour accéder au centre de Bruxelles en tram : assez pratique. Martin s'est montré très discret, très agréable et très accueillant. Merci !

Τέλεια τοποθεσία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Χρειάζεται λίγη προσπάθεια και προσοχή στις σκάλες εάν κουβαλάς μεγάλη αποσκευή. Για την πιο εύκολη πρόσβαση μπορεί να υπάρχει κάποιο ντουλαπάκι για να πάρεις το κλειδί για το check in. Ο Antoine απαντούσα πάντα άμεσα! Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής.

Excellent séjour, literie au top et endroit agréable au calme

Il nostro soggiorno a Bruxelles è stato perfetto grazie alla proprietaria, sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza. I suoi consigli sono stati preziosi e la casa accogliente e impeccabile. Anche il check-in è stato molto flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

La casa es fabulosa, dentro de una granja y al lado de un bosque. Aunque Marie estaba fuera (y ya nos lo avisó), encargó a otros familiares para que nos recibieran y nos despidieran, y durante nuestra estancia tuvimos una comunicación ágil ante cualquier duda, y fueron flexibles tanto en la hora de llegada como en la salida. La casa está a 12 km de la estación Gare Du Midi de Bruselas, desde donde salen trenes a toda Bélgica. Desde la casa hasta la parada del bus (para ir a Bruselas) hay 1,5 km y el único inconveniente, si se va sin coche como fue nuestro caso, es que hay que estar pendiente del horario de los 2 autobuses que pasan por esa parada. En la casa no se escucha ningún ruido y está dentro de una granja donde hay bueyes, ovejas, gallinas en libertad (cada uno en su recinto). Alrededor de la casa existen múltiples rutas para caminar y/o andar en bici. Lo único que podemos agregar como inconveniente es el precio obligatorio de la limpieza, que nos pareció excesivo. Volveremos

Very happy with the setup and Antoine's process. We were unsure of the shared bathrooms given we were traveling with our parents but it was a nonissue and well designed. I recommend to anyone even if you are traveling with older family members.

ik heb van te voren niet echt verdiept in de lokatie, de goede recensies lieten me beslissen. En de redelijke prijs. mvr en men zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. ze hebben ons persoonlijk ontvangen met een drankje en rondgeleid. Het ontbijt was zo uitgebreid als je wil. Yahya laat je nl van te voren besluiten wat je wil, zodat er ook niks de prullenbak in gaat. Dit was onze eerste ervaring met de verhuurder aanwezig in het huis. Dat was even wennen,(we hebben meestal een leeg huis of appartement )maar we hebben ze niet veel gezien. alleen met ontvangst en ontbijt en vertrek. en uiteindelijk was dat ook gewoon prima. Zeker een aanrader. alles is schoon en netjes en bedden heel goed.

La chambre d’hôte de Jan est conforme aux photos. C’est bien plus qu’une chambre mais un appartement avec grande salle de douche avec We séparé, une belle chambre ainsi qu’un coin salon ainsi qu’un table et frigo. La chambre est cosy et très bien décorée. Le café et le thé sont à disposition. Une belle terrasse, avec luminaires sympa, deux chaises longues et table ainsi qu’un grand jacuzzi couvert qui peut donc être utilisé quand il pleut. Un superbe dîner composé d’une entrée ainsi qu’un plat peut aussi être commandé, c’était un délice. Et que dire du petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. De plus et ce qui n’est pas négligeable, Jan est discret et attentionné Nous y reviendrons c’est certain.

Everything was perfect! The room looked just like the pictures, and the bathrooms were always clean. I really liked the location. It’s very close to Gare du Midi and public transport. The only issue was the wifi. The connection was sometimes bad, but I didn’t need it much, so it wasn’t a big problem for me.

Pobyt przebiegł pomyślnie! Miejsce warte swojej ceny, było czysto. 2 łazienki są wystarczające, nie spotkałam nikogo w trakcie mojego pobytu. Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe, łatwe - bo na kod. Wróciłabym tu ponownie :) schody do góry faktycznie strome i wąskie, ale byłam na to przygotowana. Jedyne co, to dodałabym lustro w pokoju - trochę przeszkadzał jego brak. Okolica taka sobie, dosyć brudno na ulicach i nieciekawe towarzystwo, lepiej po zmroku samemu nie chodzić. Całkiem blisko (10-15min) do Midi Station. Pobyt ogólnie udany! Mogłam też się szybciej zameldować, bo pokój był wcześniej gotowy. Polecam gospodarza 😊

Jan est très sympathique et le logement correspond au photo. Je vous invite à prendre le petit déjeuner, il est fantastique . Très bien situé pour aller visiter Gant et Bruxelles

Great place. Good room. Well equipped home kitchen & lots of bathrooms available for use. Super good if you’re planning on doing day trips to nearby cities — quick walk away from Brussels Midi station. Would recommend!

Great place. Close to public transport and a supermarket. Very clean and comfortable. We live to walk and it took us around 40 minutes to get to the city center and súper safe. The bathroom is in the room with only a divider so you better be comfortable with the other person you’re travelling with or married for at least 25 years. There is a separate toilet outside in the stairway. If like us you use the kitchen to cook, washing is a bit of a hassle as it has to be done in the bathroom sink. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

Ich habe die sehr charmante Unterkunft für Freunde gebucht und meine Freunde und ich sind absolut begeistert! Große geräumige Wohnung in einem schönen alten Gebäude mitten im Grünen.

j'ai passé 2 jours chez Gaël en avril 2025. Le logement est spacieux, tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos, très calme et propre. Les espaces partagés sont très agréables et fonctionnels. La localisation du logement est très pratique pour visiter Bruxelles à pieds. Le quartier est calme. J'ai passé un très bon sejour !

The place was really convenient. Very clean and secure. It had all necessary equipment. Gael was very attentive all the time.

準備考試期間住了兩週，一切非常順利！乾淨整潔、浴室非常大、電影欣賞室很棒！環境也很舒適，交通很方便，出入上課都很順利！尤其是用餐區域是最讓人放鬆非常的舒適！很推薦這個棒的房源～建議有計劃去布魯塞爾的都可以選擇這裡，肯定會很滿意。
