L’appartement est hyper bien placé, au pied des pistes. L’emplacement est top. Accessible et proche de tous les commerces. Le seul bémol est que les bars en bas sont un peu bruyants la nuit. Il faut donc le savoir. Pour ce qui nous concerne ce fut un excellent séjour et nous recommandons le logement.

I went here with 10 of my friends on a ski trip which was great! There is plenty of space for 10 here with fully equipped laundry room and kitchen which was super helpful after coming back from skiing. The ski station we went to was Ordino Arcalís which is about a 15 minutes away which was perfect considering we rented cars in BCN and drove up to Andorra. Overall it was an a great trip for all 10 of us and we couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Ha estat una estància en família fantàstica. Hem pogut estar tota junts amb totes les comoditats. Giselle ha estat amable i atenta, posant-nos facilitats en tot moment. L’apartament és complert i molt net, amb totes les intruccions clares. L’ubicació tranquil la i aprop de les pistes d’esquí. El preu no està a l’abast de tothom, si vas en grup, és més accessible. Totalment recomanable. Esperem repetir ❤️

The best ski accommodation we have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished and high spec kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need. Pool, Sauna and Steam room were great after a day on the slopes. So close to the ski lifts of El Tartar to get into the Grandvalira ski area and ski hire shops close by too. Good restaurants in main El Tartar village and Lamont restaurant is excellent- only 20 min walk along the main road to Soldeu. Aida is also the perfect host and everything has been thought of! We can definitely recommend!

El alojamiento estaba super bien decorado, todo muy limpio y correcto. Destacar la buena atención por parte del anfitrión. Sin duda vale la pena.

Excelente estadia. O apartamento estava impecável, bem confortável, com boas instalações e mobiliários. O prédio possui excelente infraestrutura e acabamento. Os anfitriões são muito prestativos e comunicativos. Com certeza vale a pena voltar.

Superbe séjour dans un super appartement propre et décoré avec goût ! Super équipement . Literie confortable SDB spacieuse et agréable Cuisine sympa , grande , seul bémol sur le système de fermeture des tiroirs , pas pratique du tout ! Apparemment super insonorisé, très calme ! Ski locker au top avec sèche chaussure Garage pour 2 voitures spacieux et sécurisé. SPA sympa pour se détendre en fin de journée mais deux bémols : Les gens ne savent pas bien se tenir ds un spa ou l’on cherche la tranquillité : ça parle fort , les enfants se croient à la piscine municipale, il y avait même une dame avec un masque et un tuba ds la piscine du spa 🫣🤣…. Peut être faudrait il rappeler plus les règles d’usages … mais bon ça dépend aussi de l’éducation des gens …. Le deuxième bémol c’est que le sauna et le hammam n’ont pas fonctionné le dernier jour , dommage ! Sinon spa propre et spacieux ! Et concernant Aleix ! Une personne attentionnée , très sympathique et réactive, un super hôte !! Merci

The apartment and building are idyllic for skiing. A stones throw away from the Gran vilaria ski slope access in El Tarter. The apartment is luxurious, as is the spa and ski locker room. The host Aleix gives is extremely helpful and curteous. To top it off you have use of an underground garage with an EV charger. The apartment has a very well equiped boot and ski locker room with a heated boot rack and cupboard making the 'ski boot' ordeal very pleasent. Then just a 3 min walk to a chair lift and gondala. The apartment itself is beautifully done. Modern and immaculate with premium fixtures and furniture. The master bedroom is truly luxerious with floor to cealing windows onto a balcony overlooking the river. You can here the roar of the river as you drift to sleep in the super king size bed. The rugs make the minimalistic concrete floors warm and homely as does the underfloor heating. The kitchen consists of premium fixtures, blender and thermomix. Overall a 5*+ stay.

What a great stay! When reading some of the reviews I thought people were exaggerating… but indeed the place was fantastic and exceeded my expectations!!! The decoration, furniture, equipment/utensils… everything was top notch! Couple of tips for future guests: 1) the entrance to the place is right at the roundabout. If you see the public parking P3 you have passed the location 2) the swimming pool is not heated. But it was still great experience to enjoy the sauna and a dive afterwards 3) the place is not actually “ski in/ ski out”. The ski resort lift is indeed about 50-100 meters from the place. But the road is steep. If going with kids, I recommend loading the gear in the car and parking on the P3 parking - which is free and the closest you can get to the Gondola.
