Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

The second bedroom has a queen bed the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a loft area reached by a library ladder that has a sitting area and 5 mattresses on floor The kitchen has all new appliances and open to living and dining area. An enclosed porch open onto a large deck There is direct beach access.
