Fully equipped seafront cottage. Central heating, fridge, cooker, nespresso coffee machine, dining area, outside sitting area. Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £30 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

Great base for exploring Cairngorms, Grampians, east coast beaches & harbours, golf courses, scenic & wildlife photography, astronomy, walking, cycling, or relaxing in your own space. Open-plan Living Room/Dinette/Kitchenette, ONE Bedroom, Shower/Toilet. Pets very welcome. Sorry but not suitable for young children.

The Neuk

First of all sorry NO PETS ALLOWED 3rd party or work bookings also not accepted. Cottage in the country welll equipped in accessible area to amenities, only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area . Plenty places within driving distance. The cateran trail is on the doorstep for walkers . Choice of golf courses for those who play. Reekie Lynn waterfall is just around the corner from the cottage. Coffee shop is near by for a quick bite to eat

Hillbank Coach House - Ideal Town Centre Location

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. Rural cottage near Arbroath and close to Lunan bay and Auchmithie, ideal to get away from it all. I bedroom with an adjacent dressing room and open plan kitchen/living space, all on one floor.
