My 2 week stay with Birgit and John was wunderbar! They have a couple of apartments available so they can host many different sized groups. Mine had two bedrooms and a kitchenette. It was very clean and they had a cleaner come in once a week. There is AC you can pay extra for but with the windows open to create a cross breeze and the fan I was very comfortable! The property is walled with a solid gate and a housekeeper so I felt very safe. There is a lovely yard. There are also lots of seating areas outside, including a nice hammock under a tree and lookout spot on the roof! Birgit and John are lovely and friendly. They provided water when I arrived and a few meals during my stay (including a German breakfast and fufu!!). They loaned me bug spray when I couldn't find any to buy. They gave me a lot of great advice and support. We also played some games together in the evenings! One of the highlights of my trip was our trip to the beach! I was super grateful they made that happen <3

This place was the 2nd place my family and I stayed during our visit. It turned out to be the best place for us. The staff were very accommodating and hospitable. The property is exactly as u see in the pictures. The location is a bit of a drive from the city center but it worth the peace of mind and tranquil surroundings. This was a great place and I will recommend it for anyone looking. Special thanks to Getrude and Mary for your great services. Amazing!!!

I have always been pampered but trust me when I tell you, I had the best experience in Ghana. I loved the house so much I would have stayed longer if I could. Thomas my host was exceptional. Beautiful home, we absolutely loved the house, the decor, ambience. The garden was gorgeous and the entire yard taken care off. OMG, the service provided by Kwasi and Patricia was second to none. It was so helpful having both of them there. They and the security man were so very helpful. The neighbourhood felt very safe. My family and I were sad to leave. We will definitely love to stay at this beautiful home again when we are next in Accra.

Lovely apartment that worked well for me and my family (2 adults 2 children). From booking to checkout the hosts have been very responsive, helpful and flexible. Apartment was very clean on arrival - good sized apartment, with 2 double bedrooms and good size living room area (pictures are accurate) and the addition of bottled water was very much appreciated!! Felt safe in the area/apartment and all described amenities in working order. Minor issue with internet connection, but this was dealt with swiftly by the hosts. Would definitely book again

Our hosts welcomes you into a place that feels like home. For expats they have all the contacts necessary to assist you in your stay from taxi drivers to immigration officers. Do you need to set up a post office box or shop for furniture - they can help. Oh, did I mention satellite tv, Ghanaian meals and delicious pastries. If you go anywhere else you be missing out on something.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a generally positive experience. However, there were some issues with the electricity during my stay, and unfortunately, there was no backup generator in place. Despite this, I was impressed by the swift response of the hosts, Gifty and Albert, who worked diligently to address and resolve the electricity problems. Their efforts made the overall stay quite pleasant, and I appreciated their dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience for their guests.

Jennifer‘s Villa on McCarthy Hill is a excellent stay if you enjoy peace and quit and a gorgeous view of the salt ponds and parts and the city. The entire house is exactly as pictured and we were really really happy there. Beds we’re comfy and clean. The house is literally a Villa, very large rooms all with their own ensuite bathrooms. The caretaker cleans the community areas daily (before we woke up everyday). He also cleaned our room, we simply had to arrange that at our convenience with him. There is lots to do in the area and lots to see like Bortianor beach is a 20min car ride and you can also use the driver with the hosts car for a minimal fee, just let Jenniffer know a day ahead if you need the service. Joseph, the caretaker of the house, is very pleasant and super helpful if you need anything while you are in the house. He even gave our family a quick twi lesson which came in handy the next day when we met new locals LOL Internet worked excellently, Netflix and other channels were readily available which our kids were very excited about. Rooms all have working Ac‘s which our kids enjoyed as well LOL Check-in and Check- out went smoothly and it was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon 🌺❤️
