This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at. It’s comfortable and well furnished. There were snacks, coffee, and creamers in the refrigerator. The location is so convenient to UNC and downtown. We hope to stay here again.

This studio is a gem! Pristine - quiet- so comfortable and stocked with too many amenities to list! The hosts have designed this space with not only functionality, but also with a homelike feel and have successfully anticipated possible needs of their guests. Even though I didn’t need much I appreciated the drawer of multiple toiletry options in the bathroom and multiple extras in the kitchen ( coffee filters, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, food storage options, and cleaning products. I was able to prepare several meals and found all pots and utensils needed. I enjoyed a daily walk throughout the neighborhood. I spent most of my time around the UNC campus which was about a 15 minute commute. . This will be my first choice when in the area.

Blake's airbnb was clean, spacious, and convenient. I was stay there again!

The apartment was perfect! The work space was great and it already has a display screen. Mohmeet checked in during my stay and was very proactive. I will definitely stay here again. The walls are pretty thin. It didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper it could be a bother.

Always a great experience when we stay at Nelson’s place. This time was no different. Definitely will be back.

We loved our stay. Communication was excellent and the hosts were very accommodating. The property was very clean and adorably decorated. The shower was phenomenal and the beds super comfy. I stayed in this unit with my small dog for a month, and it was a super comfortable place for a long-term stay! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is comfy, and the space is great. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and convenient. Parking was never an issue. Adam and Rachel were always VERY responsive when issues cropped up—I really appreciated how quickly they got back to me with a resolution. The only thing to note - the walls in the unit are very thin, so you will 100% hear your neighbors—just a reminder to be considerate if you choose to stay here. I’d absolutely stay again!!

This was the perfect place for my wedding day for getting ready with bridesmaids and family! Both apartments are beautiful and spacious and the location cannot be beat.

Patricia left clear instructions for checking in, staying, and getting around town. She was flexible with our check in time and gave plenty of local recommendations. The place was as described and pictured: clean, peaceful, private and located right in town. Our stay was short and easy, but Patricia left plenty of instruction and was available in case something went wrong. Couldn't recommend more

The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience—I highly recommend it!

Jeanette’s place was perfect! Super peaceful and quiet, amazingly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Jeanette was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We 100% recommend and would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area :)

This place was such a great experience for us. Ryan was very responsive and accommodating. The place was beautiful and the host went above and beyond to provide every little thing you could ever need! We really enjoyed the hot tub and lovely back porch. The area is full of things to do and places to eat. Such a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend and we’d love to return.

I had an amazing time here with my partner. The suite was clean and really made you feel like you’re in a home away from home. The hot tub and pool were our favorite aspect of the accommodation. Angela is a super thoughtful, amicable, and informative host.

I enjoyed staying here Nate and Leah were so hospital, accommodating & sweet our stay felt like we were sort of family. They have the cutest chicken/hen coop that make the cutest little eggs and super fresh I might add. The property is beautiful and so very peaceful.
