Land + Sea is an 1890s farmhouse in the Head of Westport neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the East Branch of the Westport River. Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to Buzzard Bay Brewing, Westport Rivers Winery, farmstands, dairies, cycling loops, galleries/studios and conservation areas. Prepare local foods in the chef's kitchen or on the grill. A comfy pull-out sofa is an option for overnight guests.

Newport has one of if not the most expensive hotel rates in the USA... Sleeps 5 Folding screen door in the blue room. Also a stand up desk in the same room. Full kitchen. Living room has 2 sofas, 65 inch smart TV, Dining room seats 6. Fifteen minutes to Newport and beaches. URI 6 miles, Swim meets, football & basketball, graduation. Newport folk & Jazz festival * Please send me the list of all guests staying at this location. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

The Golden Dream Suite.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
