Anna is charming and incredibly kind. I got a little confused and tried to find 5 Tumanyan St instead of 9 Tumanyan St and she came downstairs to help me. She let me in, showed me the apartment and gave me the key. There is a great grocery store in front of the apartment and you can walk to everything in 15-20 minutes. There’s a washer and drying rack if you need to do laundry. I had a lovely experience and truly recommend staying with Anna.

Mikayel’s apartment was spotless and lovely. The location is perfect — right in the small center, within easy walking distance to everything. The price for the value truly stands out - it’s almost impossible to find a better deal. Mikayel was very friendly and accommodating, especially with our late checkout - a special thanks for that! Красивая и уютная квартира-студия в центре города. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны, супермаркет 24 часа, все необходимое. Иногда слышен шум с улицы, но нам это не мешало. В квартире есть все необходимое для жилья. Также понравился современный дизайн квартиры.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and finished to a very high standard. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating — they even let us check in early, which was much appreciated. Everything was well organized and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment and were super comfortable. The house is fully equipped for long-term stays with a nice kitchen, cooking facilities, great wifi, a working desk, laundry machine, spacious rooms and bathroom and the area is quiet. It's walking distance to the metro and there are supermarkets close by as well. Everything was clean, the beds are comfortable and the house feels cool during the day with big windows for natural light.

Чудовий будинок, який ідеально підійшов нашій сімʼї. Всередині є все, що необхідно для комфортного проживання: пральна машина, посудомийна машина, кондиціонери, телевізор, посуд. Нам було дуже комфортно. Єдине, чого не вистачало - це WiFi. Власник дуже ввічливий в любʼязний, відповів на всі питання.

Нас было 5 человек, семья от 9 до 72 лет, останавливались на неделю - все чувствовали себя как дома. Одна спальня даже не пригодилась. Супер просторное жилье, все необходимое и даже больше. Новая техника, все работает. Отличная постель и белоснежные полотенца. Двор с барбекю и всеми удобствами на уличной оборудованной кухне - мы делали там шашлык, вместе с хозяином. Классная опция - жить вне городского шума и жары. Ya** такси приезжал мгновенно, до центра города - 2-3€, в аэропорт - 5€. Не берите в аренду машину - оно того не стоит. Доставка из магазинов и ресторанов от Ya** - очень удобная опция, круглосуточно. Абсолютно рекомендую квартиру, обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо, Грачик джан!

My stay at Green Rose Studio was absolutely wonderful! The studio is very cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Self check-in was smooth and very convenient. I especially loved the garden with a barbecue area — the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very responsive and always ready to help. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Three of us comfortably stayed at Svetlana’s beautiful place and enjoyed our time immensely. Svetlana is very professional in her communication and ensured our check-in/out process was easy and coordinated. The apartment was fully stocked, cleaned, and appeared just as the pictures indicate. The apartment is in a very safe and populated area. Additionally, it was very spacious and more than enough room! The apartment is located in a beautiful spot in Yerevan, near Season’s park. The underground grocery store across the road is heavenly. Nearby, there are many amazing restaurants serving authentic Armenian food along with multiple cafes/coffee shops. You will never run out of things to do in Yerevan, and this cozy house gives you central access. You can feel the heart of the city from this house. Svetlana and her cohost, Gohar, are wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests experience. I hope to stay here again in the future, and I would recommend anybody to stay here!
