This truly unique thatched cottage enjoys a central yet peaceful location in the the beautiful village of Plockton. The cottage sleeps two in studio style accommodation, with shower room and a well equipped kitchen. It is close to the loch, perfect for kayaking, and just a short stroll to pubs, restaurants, shops or even seal trips, the location is perfect. It is truly unique and centuries old, but has modern comforts throughout and even its own off street parking, a rare find in Plockton!

Our quaint 160 year old fisherman's cottage, coupled with its incredible seaside location makes for a perfect relaxing and romantic getaway. Achnashellach Bothy is a cosy cottage set in a mature garden, in Strathcarron. Lochcarron village is nearby. The cottage is on the NC500 route and is set in magnificent mountain scenery. A perfect base for walkers and mountain bikers to explore the West Coast and the Isle of Skye. The cottage is conveniently and centrally located for touring near to the Torridon Munros, Beinn Eighe Nature reserve, Loch Maree, the Corrieshalloch gorge, Applecross, as well as many stunning West Coast beaches.

The cottage is cute,cosy&very simple accommodation,a great base for outdoor exploring,central to the best of the West Highlands,15 mins to Eilean Donan Castle, Dornie. near to Kintail,Plockton,Glenelg,Applecross,Isle of Skye The landscape is wild and spectacular. I think this area is one of the most beautiful places in the world ! fantastic walks,climbs,waterfalls, seafood, local bakery, castles & brochs! Garve Cottage is a comfortable and well appointed home with three bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two single beds. Full bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and shower room, toilet, and wash hand basin downstairs. The kitchen has a built in dishwasher, microwave and electric hob and full oven. Underfloor heating was recently installed along with new tiled flooring extending through utility room to downstairs shower room. Washing machine and dryer in utility room.
