Vakantiewoningen met zwembad in Areguá

Un lugar paradisiaco cerca del bullicio de la ciudad veraniega. Con mi familia nos sentimos más cómodos que en nuestra propia casa; tanto que antes de concluir la estadía, ya extrañábamos el lugar. Sin dudar, volveríamos cuando haya una nueva ocasión. La dueña y familia fueron muy gentiles y amorosos. El anfitrión Sergio no se quedó atrás estando pendiente en todo momento de nuestra estadía familiar. Gracias por todo!!!

Everything was smooth and perfect, very very relaxing

Estadia muito tranquila! O local é perfeito para descansar, e aproveitar para se refrescar do calor, além de ser um bom espaço para assar uma carne! Próximo de restaurantes e de um mercado também, além de ter fácil acesso ao centro de Assunção. Os quartos estavam impecáveis, e destaco também o cuidado de deixar toalhas limpas para os hóspedes.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días tranquilo y en paz en Piribebuy. Los anfitriones Matthias y Mirian son super amables y atentos, nos recibieron muy amablementes. El sitio cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias hasta juegos. A parte, Matthias y Mirian preparan unas pizzas caseras riquísimas al estilo romano que todos deberían de probar. Sin olvidarnos del amoroso y juguetón de Spike. Sin duda volvemos. 👌🏻

Mi familia y yo pasamos 16 días fantásticos. La señora Milva estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que nos encontrásemos cómodos y hubo una comunicación excelente con ella. El lugar es precioso; a cinco minutos andando de la orilla del lago Ypacaraí. Eso sí, está lejos de la ciudad, es imprescindible tener vehículo para poder moverse por lago zona. Por último destacar que todo el personal de mantenimiento de la urbanización fueron súper amables, desde los guardias de seguridad hasta los piscineros y jardineros. Le damos cinco estrellas sin dudarlo.

Man glaubt kaum in Paraguay zu sein, wenn man das sehr moderne, geschmackvolle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus von Richard und Alex betritt. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, sogar eine Badewanne und Spülmaschine. Die Poolanlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und steht nur den Gästen der beiden identischen Ferienhäuser zur Verfügung. Diese liegen sehr ruhig inmitten wunderbarer Natur, von Pferden, Kühen bis hin zu Hühnern inklusive eines privaten Waldes für entspannende Spaziergänge. Wer Wert auf Ruhe und Privatsphäre legt, ist hier genau richtig, beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die wunderbaren Gastgeber Richard und Alex wohnen ebenfalls auf dem großzügigen Gelände und sind immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche ihrer Gäste und geben Tipps für die Umgebung. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder!

Hermosa casa!! Contaba con todas las comodidades, tiene una muy buena ubicación pero a la vez es bastante tranquila la zona. Los propietarios muy amigables 😊😊 sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí

Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Só não tão próximo ao Shopping Del Sol, mas sensacional.

Ótima estadia em família. Apartamento novo e bem equipamento conforme as fotos. Bairro calmo, vista maravilhosa da sacada e de todos os quartos. Recomendamos o espaço!

Excellent location with many restaurants, villa morra park street food, supermarket nearby. The apartment is small but clean, comfortable and fully functional. Great bed! I would gladly stay again!

Schöne Unterkunft mit allen was man braucht! Das Internet war ausreichend zum Arbeiten (für 2 digitale Normaden). Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!
