Super belliggenhed. Gå afstand til det meste. Fantastisk udsigt til Akropolis både fra lejlighedens altan og fra den fælles tagterrasse. Vi vil vælge at bo her igen når vi skal til Athen en anden gang. Eneste minus måske for nogen, er at naboen er en open air cinema, som larmer en del mellem kl.21 og 23. men også virkelig charmerende at kunne se film med fra altanen, men Akropolis som baggrunds kulisse.

Tout s’est très bien passé et Giannis a fait son possible pour nous rendre service et être à notre écoute.

We liked the apartment very much

This was a wonderful stay for us - we are two couples. We only had one night but wished for more. Our host was amazing - lovely and responsive. The location is directly across from the sea wall with incredible views. Two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen. We would stay here again!

Very good choice for staying in Aegina. Very clean room and also kind staff. Liked it a lot.

We had a lovely one-night stay in the beautiful and peaceful Villa Vager. The rooms are tidy and quiet, beautifully decorated, and were cool despite the warm weather. The house itself is stunning and the views are breathtaking. Marina and her husband are lovely hosts and sent us all the necessary arrival info well ahead of our trip. The breakfast deserves a mention as it was ample and delicious with pastry, local cheeses, fresh squeezed orange juice just to mention a few! Would highly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

Great apartments, well appointed, owned and designed by an architect, so amazing attention to detail with beautiful decorations, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Always someone on reception too to help. Beautiful rooftop too

Πανέμορφο και περιποιημένο το κτήμα .Πεντακάθαρο το οίκημα και ήσυχο. Το μέρος αποπνέει ηρεμία και είναι καταπράσινο. Οτιδήποτε θέλεις είναι κοντά όπως φούρνος και super market. Στο Ναύπλιο φτάνεις στα δέκα λεπτά με αμάξι όπως και η παραλία που είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια. Εξαιρετικό μέρος και θα το επέλεγα πάλι.

Πολύ όμορφο μέρος, με εκπληκτική θέα, με πισίνα. Παντού καθαριότητα.Η διοκτήτρια είναι πολύ φιλική και φιλόξενη. Ετοιμάζει πολύ νόστιμα πρωινά. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Απολαύσαμε την χαλάρωση μας. Σίγουρα θα επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

Le logement de Sergei est top ! Surtout pour une couple ! La seule chose que je pourrai peut-être relever c’est l’humidité de la chambre mais c’est pas trop dérangeant non plus ! Merci

Das apartment war sehr schön, insbesondere der Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir waren Anfang April dort und es war sehr ruhig - perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Küche war für uns super ausgestattet, so dass wir gemütlich auf dem Balkon frühstücken konnten. Wir würden immer wieder buchen (:

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος είναι πανέμορφος. Το δωμάτιο είναι ευρύχωρο, γεμάτο φως. Σχεδόν πέντε λεπτά από το μετρό. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Όμορφος, σύγχρονος, καθαρός και λειτουργικός χώρος δίπλα στο δημοτικο πάρκινγκ και την πλατεία της Αρχαίας Κορίνθου αλλά ταυτόχρονα σε σημείο με ησυχία και ωραία εξυπηρέτηση και περιποίηση από τους οικοδεσπότες/υπεύθυνους του καταλύματος!

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great place in the heart of Athens, away from noisy streets and close to many places of interest. Room was clean, entrance was easy. I asked for a couple more hours before check out and they had no problem. Perfect.

We loved the decor, the high ceilings, the roof deck, the patio, and so much more. The location was great, easy walking distance to Metro, restaurants, and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There was plenty of space for our party of six to spread out and be comfy. Panagiotis is so kind and helpful, always quick to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.
