The property has direct access to the trail which is great for walks, runs, bicycles and atvs. It also connects with the sidewalk in town which leads right to North East Point Beach. *Pet friendly upon request

My house was built 100 years ago on 2.5 acres of land overlooking the Pubnico Harbour. The deck faces east so it’s a perfect place to drink your coffee and watch the sun rise over the harbour. Yarmouth Cat Ferry is 40 minutes away and the Digby ferry is 1h45 minutes away. My sister lives right next door and she can help if you have any questions.

Across our place, there is a scenic trail along the East side of the Pubnico harbour where you can bike or just take a walk to enjoy a stunning sunset. If you love sea kayaking, your host can guide you to paddle to beautiful places.

The loft with its wooden settings is located in a secluded area in the woods, just a perfect place to relax and rewind. Chill out at the lake, watch the stars or enjoy the wood heated sauna with lake view. A grocery store and NSLC is only 13 minutes drive away. In Yarmouth you can find entertainment like restaurants, cafes, a mall, cinema, museums.
