Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Lage ist zwar etwas abseits von der Innenstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten, mir war das aber ganz recht. Wohnung ansonsten sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit Eva war sehr gut, super freundlicher Gastgeber. Check-in über Schlüsselbox hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Preislich für das Gebotene auch sehr gut.

3GS B&B is the best place we’ve stayed in Armenia! European standards of comfort and Armenian hospitality. The rooms look brand new, quality materials, nice design and comfortable size of rooms and common area. You even get a bathrobe!) that’s a 5 star hotel standard :-) Fully equipped kitchens, local grocery shops in walking distance. Great breakfast with delicious local and homemade supplies - and amazing view of the mountains! Big garden where we enjoyed eating sweet cherries and the best apricots ever tasted, right from the tree. The pool is a big hit of course - especially for the kids, but adults as well ;-) Sandra and Marti are very nice, fun and helpful hosts - it’s amazing how they run the place - haven’t ever seen them sitting down or relaxing (well except maybe for one dinner we had together with other tenants) - always busy working on the property💪🏻 The area around the place is the best for doing hikes (from shorter ones up to all day long), it’s near 2 big Armenian sightseeing spots - Garni temple and Geghard monastery. Both are well worth the visit!

We stayed at Tarons family house for a day during a short round trip of Armenia. Everyone was exceptionally hospitable, the breakfast was great, and Taron even showed us his vineyards up in the mountains. There's interesting sights around Areni as well, and the wine is great👍

This a wonderful AirBNB in Yerevan. Everything is brand new, very nice modern furnishings, very clean and there is a cleaning service available regularly, if you need, which is pretty luxe. The building is in a great location, right near a big public transit hub, a big shopping center, restaurants, all you need, etc. But it's set back on a quiet, calm residential street that is very peaceful. There's a really nice communal courtyard for guests to use. The host is excellent, very gracious and responsive. 10/10 across the board! Highly recommended!
