It's bright and airy inside this restored apartment, and the floors are tiled with cool marble throughout. This open plan residence expanding in two levels offers a comfortable and elegant stay. The marble along with oak wood and golden details create a simple and delightful atmosphere. The antique table with the one of a kind chairs next to the window create the perfect spot to admire the unforgetable view of the city and Lycabetous hill. The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. The small path at the right of the house will guide you to the back yard where you can relax at the deck chairs under the old Arbutus tree. Kind of the same but in reality so different view of the city and the Hill. All the spaces of the house indoors and outdoors expanding in two levels, are accessible to the guests. Marathon Cottage - Walk to the beach! ! !

This two bedroom cottage has all amenities and is located on a quiet street 30 minutes from Athens Airport and a 500 metre walk from the beach with crystal clear waters. The property has organically grown citrus trees you can pick fresh fruit from when in season and an herb garden. Beach down the street is very clean and lined with restaurants and snack bars. You can grab a towel and go lay in the sun or rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to restaurants and shops in Nea Makri.

Deluxe studio near the Athens airport

The house is a 15 minute-drive from the airport, 10 minute-drive from the port of Rafina (where you can take a ship to visit our wonderful islands) and a 15 minute-drive from the nearest underground station. It is situated in a very quiet area, in the countryside, with a large garden where you can enjoy a beautiful view to the sea. We offer pick up&drop off to the airport at an extra cost. We will be happy to welcome you and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Villa over the Aegean waves

The house is located around 20 minutes from the Athens International Airport, and the metro and regional train reach the centre of Athens, Syntagma Square, the Akropolis and Plaka vicinity in 40 minutes. The house has a breathtaking view of the Aegean waves and the islands of Evia Andros, Kea, and Tinos. Many guests say that it resembles the view from a cruise ship. Within walking distance, you can find 2 main beaches and numerous hidden beaches.

Σε ένα οικόπεδο 2 στρεμμάτων με φυστικιές και φοίνικες βρίσκεται η μονοκατοικία μας 75 τ.μ., ιδανικό μέρος για διακοπές με οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, λόγω του ασφαλούς περιβάλλοντος χώρου, αλλά και για παρέες που θέλουν τον χώρο τους για να ψήσουν και να χαλαρώσουν. 2 χλμ από τη θάλασσα με κοντινή συγκοινωνία, όπως και σούπερμαρκετ, φαρμακείο και μαγαζιά εστίασης σε 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Άνετο και ασφαλές πάρκινγκ μέσα στην ιδιοκτησία.
