Amazing place. We had a whole house for the three of us. A little far from the center, so we always needed a taxi or took the daladala into the center. Very clean place. Very good breakfast. Shower a bit tricky, water to hot or to cold. Leah the host is amazing! she helped us with everything. The Kitamu Cafe in the center is a must to visit too. Great food, nice place. Extending our stay was easy. Kitamu guesthouse highly recommanded!

Our stay at Omar's place was nothing short of amazing! The layout of the house is very unique and spacious. Not only was his place very clean, the little touches from a coffee maker in the bedroom to house slippers beside the bed gave you a definite five star feel. Omar and his wife were very knowledgeable and helpful with information about Arusha and gave great tips and suggestions on local events and places to eat. This will be our go to place to stay when in Arusha. I highly recommend!

Nature, away from home .

My stay at Mary spot was excellent. Her place is surrounded by the beauty of Nature. The Dada's cook excellent meals as well. Fyi... for transportation you may need to walk to Fun retreat resort for a bolt car or atleast on one of the main roads by Mary house to catch a boda boda. Overall, I think her place is good value for your money.

Nana Homes was probably my best stay in TZ so far. The house is minimalist without losing its sense of homeliness. Not easy to do well. Jacob was such a wonderful host. My son was unwell and he called to check on us. He was also considerate with aspects that made me feel more at ease with focussing on tending to my child. That meant a lot and speaks to his nature, which is reflected in the peaceful, warm and welcoming energy of the home, the caretaker and lush pomegranate trees outside! I would easily recommend Nana Homes and plan to spend more days there! Also, there's three units there so Incase you are traveling in a group of 6 or less, you could be in the same place but with some privacy from each other Also, I got food delivered to me with a fair amount of ease. Lovely lovely place!

I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. We lived with four people. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, etc. were spacious enough for us to work and relax. Especially, it was nice to have air conditioning. And Jane, the accommodation manager, was very kind and communicated smoothly, took immediate action on our request, and was very comfortable during her stay. A lot of it was satisfying. However, I saw some parts that needed to be repaired. The faucet in the kitchen is not fixed. When the bathroom door on the first floor is closed, there is noise.

I had the most incredible stay in Arusha, and it’s all thanks to Jane, the most wonderful host I could have asked for. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. Her warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and she truly made my trip unforgettable. Jane’s attention to detail and genuine care stood out. She always ensured I had everything I needed and offered the best recommendations for exploring the area. Thanks to her guidance, I discovered hidden gems and had the chance to experience Arusha in the most authentic way possible. Her kindness and thoughtfulness turned what could have been just another trip into a deeply memorable experience. I cannot thank Jane enough for all she did to make my stay so special. If you’re ever in Arusha, staying with Jane is an absolute must. She’s simply amazing!
