The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.

Just blocks from restaurants, breweries, a Riverwalk, and several hiking trails. 10 min from Red Rocks, ride the light rail to Denver, just an hour from ski resorts and a half hour from casinos. This rental is in a great location with a great price! To keep this affordable price it is a no frills location, it is however very clean, comfortable and convenient.

Our place is located at the popular Denver Tech Center area. It is a guest suite adjacent to our main home. It has its own entrance and is located on the main level (not basement). We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper.
