A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
