This is one of the cleanest and best airbnb’s that i have ever stayed at. My wife and I both loved the space, how amazing it smelled and how convenient everything was. This included that fact that Khalid left us both new toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would definitely stay here again and very highly recommend the place.

Tina's Airbnb is a centrally located property in Muscat, about a 20-25 minute walk to the Muscat corniche and souq. Quite, clean, and well-stocked. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries in the surrounding area. O-Taxi worked great getting to and from the property.

Stayed couple of days in the apartment with my family. The apartment is very spacious, clean, with all necessities and comfortable. The area is quiet and well located, near the old city and near the beach. We had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back. The owner is also very reactive.

We has a great time in this apartment. We immediately felt like home! The apartment is very cosy and clean. You‘ll find everything you need. Faris was very pro activ and easy to reach. He even left some delicious dates in the fridge for us. Thanks for the great time - you deserve the status „super host“!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig verlängern. Wir waren bereits mehrere male in Sifah und das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Somit alles ganz passend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

During my one-day stay at the Old Muscat property, I experienced a villa with great potential. The spacious home is modern and well-designed, featuring a convenient lift that adds an extra touch of luxury. Although the villa appears nearly new and the beds are comfortable, a few details need improvement. For instance, towels – even hand towels – were missing from every room, and the rooftop lacked chairs, tables, or a barbeque grill. Also, there was no washing machine or provided drinking water. Nonetheless, these minor oversights can be easily fixed. Nestled in the heart of Old Muscat, the villa is ideally located just minutes from the old Souq, Corniche, Al Alam Palace, and the National Museum of Oman. The property is clean, elegant, and perfect for families. Asaad was exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a cozy, pleasant stay. I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone visiting Muscat. A delightful stay in a calm oasis. Truly 10/10 experience!

I recently stayed at this villa for three nights with my three young children and a baby, and I can honestly say it was a five-star experience. The villa is beautifully maintained and located in a stunning spot, right in the middle of the mountains with breathtaking views. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. He was always in good contact with us, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay even more comfortable. The villa itself is in excellent condition, very clean, and equipped with everything you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, which was a real highlight, especially with the amazing mountain scenery all around. We came mainly for peace and quiet, and this villa offered exactly that. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also explored some restaurants nearby and enjoyed some great meals. If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The place was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in was smooth and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location was great, quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I felt right at home and truly appreciated the attention to detail. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

The appartement is very well equipped and Zahir was really helpful in making arrangements.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

Khalid is a kind-hearted and wonderful host, offering to help when he can. He welcomes his guests with open aend and treats you like a good friend. We had some lovely conversations; he is an intelligent and interesting person to talk with. Also he is knowledgeable about Oman, and is happy to give you a tour. I wish I could spent more time. the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Havalimanından otobüsle ve biraz yürüyerek toplam 20 -25 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz yani havalimanına yakın olması avantaj.Kendi yemek pişirebileceğiniz mutfak var.Bedava kahve. Oturma odası çok güzel ,LED TV, kitaplar ,müzik aletleri ve yeni insanlarla tanışabilirsiniz arkadaşlık ortamı var. Çok tatlı bir Scottish Fold kedisi var.😇 Marketlere ve Restoranlara yakın.İlk gün yolları biraz şaşırabilirsiniz mutlaka Harita uygulaması kullanın ilk gün. Yeni insanlarla tanışmak sosyalleşmek ve havalimanina yakın yerde konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim

Amazing apartment, perfect for exploring Oman by car. Lovely amenities, it was as described. View was fantastic with huge windows! Well accommodated for families and a handy balcony with washing machine. Host communication was excellent :)
