This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Breathtaking lakeside lodge within 10 minute walk to the centre of Tenterden with vibrant cafes/bars and restaurants. Close to Rye, Camber Sands, Hastings, Chapel Down and National Trust Properties. Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

There is a bedroom with king size bed, a lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. 5 mins drive from Tenterden & on 12 bus route.
