Damon and Russell very friendly and responsible. It was a good value for price. We’d stay there again.

The boardroom was perfect for staying a few days in Ashland. Close to the university and multiple restaurants. Full kitchen was great for cooking some meals and staying in. Would definitely rent again.

Really easy to find, easy to get into. we liked the boardwalk area by the house too. We do have a bigger family (5 people) I wish it had a bigger cooking pan. Everything was clean and neat though! We enjoyed staying here, and plan to be back again sometime.

This home was a wonderful place to unwind after a long trip with our 4 children. We loved playing the games together and reading the books. Everything was clean and very thought out. We would stay again!

We needed a dog-friendly place near I71 for one night and Heather's place worked well for us, especially for the price. It's a pretty low to no frills place in a rustic wooded area. I missed any mention that the actual living area was upstairs and if you have mobility issues, that could be an issue, as they are steep and shallow, but we managed. Heather is very attentive and timely in her communications, and it is clear from the listing and the signage around the property that they take being environmentally and humanity responsible very seriously. They even dry their towels and sheets on the line outside, which is virtually unheard of these days and you can feel the quality in the sheets because they are nice and crisp. 5 stars for value!

The urban flat was perfect for our short getaway! Millersburg is a cute town with several restaurants and boutiques all within walking distance of the flat. We were in town for a wedding and was even able to find my quest wedding dress at Urban Farmhouse Boutique after we arrived. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy, homey place that has all the amenities you need for a short or an extended stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Living room is comfortable. Bedroom is cozy.

Rob’s place was a great place to stay after a wedding at The Wellspring!

The perfect place for a wedding weekend for the bride and groom. We had a wonderful stay and the couple was thrilled with the Penthouse. Beds were comfortable, fabulous bathroom and great kitchen. The host, Rob, works hard to ensure guests feel welcome. Everything was perfect for this important weekend, especially the lodging at Rob's fabulous Penthouse.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The location was perfect, and the access to the hot tub was a nice, relaxing extra! Dean was very quick to respond to anything I sent! Great host!!!!
