This apartment was newly renovated in July of 2023. The BR & bath are located on the 2nd floor lending more room for entertaining on the 1st floor. With a private front deck for those quiet morning coffees & a glass slider out to the back shared deck for that afternoon glass of wine. Fire pit in both the front and the back of the house for those breezy nights. Right off the strip, within walking distance to all entertainment, restaurants & shopping. Enjoy the sights of GOTL from the front porch.

Welcome to our 11-acre property with fully stocked one-acre pond for fishing and swimming. We are centrally located amongst the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized one bedroom and one bath unit with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities on site. Please note: There is a queen Japanese futon or air mattress available for one to two more guests.

Lovely apartment above The Yoga House

The Yoga House is about peace and serenity! We have a Smart Tv and wifi, but no cable. The upper floor is devoted to overnight stay with a kitchen, bedroom,living room and bathroom. You have a separate entrance over top of our Yoga House. Your entrance is to the left and around the back. There are steps as this is on the 2nd floor. We are located just a few miles from Conneaut Township Park with a lovely beach and waterfront dining. There is also many excellent wineries in the area.

In the country, but 2 miles off the freeway, Manger 6 is 15 minutes from historic Ashtabula Harbor; 11 minutes from Downtown Conneaut; 25 minutes from the Spire; and 25 minutes from all of the Grand River region wineries and Geneva-on-the-lake. This is a beautiful lake side 2nd story apt was designed for affordability, comfort and centrally located between all the campgrounds. Here you will have beautiful lake views and you can fish with thin steps of this apartment. This is best equipped for 2 people. This has plenty of parking and we hope you support our local business. There is a small kitchenette w stove and small fridge. This is perfect for a long affordable weekend. The exterior is under construction until fall 2025

Lakefront Apt on 2nd floor near Wineries and GOTL

Settle into the beach life in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment while exploring the nearby wineries or Geneva on the lake. Once you get here, you might just stay here instead. The view from the balcony is everyone's favorite part. Pictures don't do it justice. 10-minute drive to GOTL 20-minute drive to Wineries There is a bar next door open on weekends with live music to enjoy and be aware of. They don't stay open super late.
