A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches.

Edithvale garden and beach retreat

Tranquil retreat suitable for one or two couples or family. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Overlooks native garden and walking distance to beach. Heating and cooling includes reverse cycle air conditioner, gas free standing pot belly and ceiling fans in all main rooms. Please note that if there are only 2 guests each of whom requires a bedroom, it will incur an additional cleaning and linen fee for use of the additional bedroom. This cost needs to be negotiated with the owner.

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Located just steps away from the sandy shores of Aspendale Beach our home is ideal for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or exploring everything Bayside has to offer. Our home boasts modern amenities, including a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and a private balcony with a small view of the bay. Walking distance to Mordialloc Main Street where you can dine at some of the amazing restaurants and cafes, our home is the perfect location!

Black Rock Beach Escape - Pool, Beach, & Village!

A treasure in a fantastic location with great facilities - close to everything! This is an open plan unit with a seperate bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen that faces the pool and outdoor area. Seperated from the main house with private access and just 300m from the lovely Black Rock beach and 500m to black rock village restaurants, bars, and cafes. The coastal bike path provides over 30km's of safe cycling, and beautiful walks along the coastline tracks.

Enjoy the light filled spaces, sitting in front of the cosy fireplace or star gazing via the skylights whilst lying in bed. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, theatres, nightlife, Sunday markets, beaches and all the other eclectic attractions St Kilda is famous for. Trams are located at the end of the street for easy access into any other pocket of Melbourne.
