Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! Lovely place, in the middle of the countryside, but close to a pub, restaurant and coffee shop. Straight onto trails for walks and runs. Hayley is really helpful and quick to respond to messages. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place. Kept very clean and has everything you need, we visited Alton Towers as it’s extremely close. Wonderful curry place around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Felicity was great from the start! Very helpful with information about the cottage. The cottage was perfect and peaceful, amazing place to relax and unwind after a full day with 4 children at alton towers! Everything was clean. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay :), will definitely look at making this our place to stay when we do our trips to Alton :)

if your reading reviews you must be thinking about booking well just do it the view alone is worth every penny and on top of that you get an immaculate, very clean, modern and comfortable lodge with everything you need to have a comfortable stay we truly made some amazing memories and will definitely return.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Mary's place! The cottage is just as described and in a beautiful and peaceful location. All of the instructions Mary provided were easy to follow, and while we didn't meet in person, Mary was communicative and available if needs be. We hope to return again soon!

Quarry House was everything we needed to enjoy some family time away from it all with all the modern amenities of home - and more!! We loved the hot tub and the house tech, the log burner & play room! Using the playroom in the evening once the children were in bed felt a little like being in the pub 😀 It could do with some TLC with the windows & carpets but it didn't hinder our stay as it was clean and warm with the heating on! Lots of character & spectacular views! We enjoyed a milestone birthday here enjoying walks & meals around the large table! Small minor mishap getting in but easily & quickly resolved & lots of option to communicate throughout the stay as hosts very responsive! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would stay again!

Ally & Simon are incredibly great & helpful hosts. Their accommodation is absolutely spot on, clean & modern. Beautiful garden and the whole house. Definitely recommend staying there, very close to the town centre, great location. Parking spot in front of the house. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you for having us & the support on marathon. Definitely people that they care about their guests & their place.

What an absolute gem!! The location of the lodge is fantastic, beautifully peaceful countryside with only the birds and local farm animals in sight and earshot. The photos really do not do it justice, the feel inside is super cosy and well equipped. Outside is on another level - the views over the fields, private hot tub and sauna as well as various different seating areas make it stand out. We had planned to walk to the local pub but we were having such a relaxing time we decided not to leave at all! We had asked for the hot tub to be warmed for when we got there, the only thing I will say is bring your fire making abilities with you as you'll need them! Michelle was a great host, she was very responsive both prior to the stay and during, and met us there to let us in, nothing was too much trouble. The return trip is already in discussions!
