Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Nestled on a spacious 2-acre property, this cabin includes a fenced in backyard, a gas grill for culinary adventures, and a cozy fire pit ready to ignite unforgettable memories. We welcome up to two pets, each weighing under 50 pounds. For your furry friends' safety and comfort, we kindly request that they either be crated or accompanied at all times during your stay.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
