Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Favour Royal Cottage is nestled within the beautiful Favour Royal Forest. With miles of walking on the doorstep, the cottage is the perfect base for a dog-friendly stay. Enjoy the surrounding areas, then return to the cottage to relax by the real wood fire and some family time in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Luxurious 4 bedroomed house nestled among the hills and glens of the Tyrone countryside. Gortindarragh is the perfect countryside retreat for an authentic Irish experience. The large and comfortable house offers the perfect dining and entertaining space, ideal for family groups and friends . The house central location and access to the motoring network across the north/ bordering counties makes it a central point for travelling west from Dublin and East from Donegal, Sligo or Fermanagh.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

The house sits at the top of a small hill, with views of a lake through the trees that surround the house. Perfect for quiet get aways with friends or the family as well as those visiting for weddings and events at Castle Leslie.
