Situé dans le complex "Jardin du Cap", cet appartement cosi et très confortable comprend 2 chambres, 2 sdb, une cuisine, un salon-salle à manger, un petit balcon et une place de parking privé. Vous pourrez profiter de la grande et magnifique piscine commune ainsi que de la superbe plage de Bain Boeuf qui se trouve de l'autre côté de la route, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Coin de Mire. This ground floor, modern, 2 bedrooms' apartment is perfect to enjoy your holidays. With its spacious terrasse and direct access to the residence' stunning swimming pool it is your ideal vacation rental. Let's not forget to mention its location: Only a few meters from the beach and a few minutes drive from grand bay’s attractions and restaurants. The complex also has a little gym which you can access anytime you want, and a covered parking underground with a lift to the apartment.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. The village of Cap Malheureux is unique and appreciated for its authenticity, the inhabitants are smiling and very sociable. Close to shops and many beaches. The apartment is located on the first floor of a private residence, with large garden and salt pool / jacuzzi, tennis table and barbecue. In the middle of the tropical garden stands an outdoor gym for 18+ Secure parking.
