This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

We were only able to stay one night at Enmanuel's place, but our list is all pros, no cons! Enmanuel had Uber eats deliver coffee pods when we told him their weren't any. I live in NYC and so parking, neighborhood safety, and noise level was all good and nothing to complain about! We were loathe to leave in the morning, but we went to Philadelphia to sightsee, not to hang out in a unique and very clean Airbnb. Thank you, Enmanuel for providing this place.

Perfect stay for a family with children. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance to all major museums and attractions. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook.Whole Foods store is nearby for groceries. Kids loved toys & books that the hosts kindly left in the house. Overall, a wonderful, thought through, comfortable home. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. Thank you Meghan & Tim!

House was in a wonderful location. Enjoyed the easy access to trail system along the river. House was well set up and very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this lovely home full of character, surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. This home is very clean and well maintained, the sauna is AMAZING, Ethan is very responsive and friendly, and just a few short blocks away are restaurants, shops, and a historic movie theater. I loved every single thing about this cozy home. Do try to catch a movie at the theater if you can, I loved it.

The home was immaculate and well worth it. It was designed with everything in mind. The hosts were extremely responsive.

Incredible place to stay once again. Especially enjoyable now that we’ve had warmer weather they have a beautiful backyard.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

It was hard to get in at first, but the keypad was eventually fixed plus there was another entry i could have used and didn't khow

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

NIce apartment in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely recommend.

Host was very communicative and bnb was just as seen as the photos. It felt very like home away from home

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Susan and Emily were fantastic hosts. Excellent response time, and provided great information and recommendations. Our pup loved the fenced yard and all of the hiking and walking areas nearby. We highly recommend the cottage, especially for those with furry friends, and look forward to returning sometime.

Lauren’s apartment was the perfect central Philly location for our family holiday. Had everything we needed for our stay, the washer and dryer were a bonus! Bedrooms were very comfortable and just what we needed after a long day walking. Located literally a stone’s throw from the Liberty Bell & Independence Hall and within walking distance of lovely coffee shops and restaurants, the Independence Visitor Centre (the volunteers there are lovely) and lots of historical locations to explore. Would definitely stay there again.

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

Ashleigh’s place was the perfect location for a month of research in Philly, walkable and peaceful, with great proximity to everything I needed during my stay. Can’t recommend enough as a long-term stay!

Perfect location for our family. Right across the street from where I went to grade school many, many years ago, and close to my family that still lives in the area.

We had a great stay and EJ was a wonderful host-- very responsive and helpful. The setting was very pretty and convenient. And we appreciate all the nice touches to make it pet-friendly for us.
