We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

A wonderful apartment! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful artworks and well designed spaces. High ceilings, wooden floor, quirky furniture and lighting. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. This is our second visit, last time we stayed in the equally beautiful apartment downstairs.

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung auch angegeben. Die Gegend war ruhig und schön und mit Bus und Bahn auch einfach zu erreichen. Es hat alles gepasst und wir waren sehr zufrieden

I had a fantastic stay at Klaus’s apartment in Essen. The flat was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked—it truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Klaus was a gracious and kind host, providing his personal number and always being readily available for any questions. The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for getting around. If I’m ever back in Essen, I’ll definitely consider staying at Klaus’s place again!

Aleksandra war eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Sie hat flexible auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert und hat unseren Aufenthalt so nett wie möglich gemacht. Die Lage war auch toll und wir würden jedem dieses airbnb weiterempfehlen.

Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Nicht viel mit Mika kommuniziert - hat aber alles prima geklappt

Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Tolle Ausstattung und bequeme Betten inkl. Kissenauswahl. Sehr nette Gastgeber, es gab vor der Abreise sogar noch einen leckeren Espresso! Einfach buchen und selber erleben. :)

Wir hatten drei richtig schöne Tage in Ninas Wohnung und haben uns von Anfang an super wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war total unkompliziert – sie war immer erreichbar, hat super schnell geantwortet und uns super klare Infos gegeben. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem top Zustand, sehr sauber und richtig schön eingerichtet – man merkt, dass sie sich Gedanken gemacht hat. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und die Abwicklung war total easy. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft, Nina! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder 😊

We hebben een heel fijn weekend beleefd. Huisje is mooi, erg goed uitgerust en kwam goed overeen met de advertentie. Streek rond Solingen is ook prachtig, je kan er fijn wandelen en ook fietsen. Communicatie met Alexandra was vlot en duidelijk. Aanrader!

We love the house! They provided more than what was needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean and beautiful. It would have been more enjoyable if we had come on a warm day, so we could’ve hung out on the balcony while having a BBQ. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden und gelegen in einem Neubaugebiet mit allen neuesten Standards. S Bahn und Straßenbahn fußläufig erreichbar. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren und Mängel über die Wohnung verteilt. Super Kommunikation mit Tipps und Tricks für die Stadt!

Elke hat und um 22 Uhr noch persönlich in Empfang genommen. Uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sie hatte uns Getränke kalt gestellt, Obst und ein paar Leckereien gab es auch. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Danke dafür liebe Elke. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war Mega schön hab mich auch Mega gefreut einfach zu erreichen mit Auto alles in der Nähe sehr sauber.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. Everything is of the highest standard, with a modern and beautiful design. The beds are very comfortable and on the kitchen you will find everything you will need for making food. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and clean. Check-in was also very smooth — even though we arrived late at midnight, the host kindly met us in person, explained everything we needed to know, and even gave us helpful tips on what to visit. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend staying here!

The flat is same as the picture. The bed is comfortable. Britta is very nice. She sent us the Easter Greeting. My daughter felt so happy.
