Gorgeous house, easy walk to everything. Quality linens and towels, spotless. Would love to stay again especially in warmer weather so we can make the most of the pool.

We stayed here for a weekend soccer tournament in Ballarat. The place is spacious, warm and super clean. Will stay here again

WOW, a beautiful home with a lot of amenities. David is a very generous host and our stay exceeded our expectations.

What an absolutely beautiful place! It was sweltering hot when we stayed and yet the beauty of the house , its entertaining area and the furnishings inside and out were so mind blowingly beautiful the chest was quickly forgotten. Whoever owns the house is very cultured, well travelled and has an eye and we are very grateful that they share it with people like us. Beautiful. And the restaurants nearby are exceptional. We ate at Sault and it was better than most Melbourne restaurants in our opinion.

Lucy's home was just amazing. Everything we wanted to see and do was close by, though we had such a quiet and serene location away from the hustle and bustle. It was great coming home from a fun day out to have a swim in the outdoor above ground pool and then relax on the sun lounges. We had fun playing tennis and basketball on the full sized court in the yard and sitting in the alfresco area at dinnertime. Every detail was thought out well, from the beautfiul linens, abundant quality towels and toiletries, fragrant candles and quality furnishings. We would love to come back one day again.

Wish I could rate it more than 5 stars if allowed. The best Airbnb experience ever. The place is unbelievably beautiful and has everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The host was very responsive and made the check in and check out process so easy and smooth. The kids loved the pool. Perfect location. We rode our bikes around the Lake and easily reach the botanic garden, tram museum and all the play grounds. The cafe nearby was also excellent. We didn’t need to go anywhere else to spend four relaxing and lovely days of our holiday.

We arrived in Creswick and the place we’d booked wasn’t clean so we quickly jumped on AirBNB and found Chris’s place. He was speedy communicating and made checking in at the last minute very easy. The house is perfect for four friends - great kitchen and an easy and warm space to stay in. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Alex's place in Creswick. It was perfect for us, with room for adults and kids. The house is well-appointed for self-catering and has everythign you need. It's clean and comfortable and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gerry and Jenni’s place with its homely feel, gorgeous period features and tasteful decor. The spacious dining area with lovely garden view was great, and the kids enjoyed playing in the backyard while we ate outdoors. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated the milk and bread on arrival, thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Louise was super friendly and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at Harvest Cottage. The property was beautiful and quiet with everything you need for a nice getaway. We particularly the loved the fresh sourdough bread and fresh eggs from the chickens!

This place was absolutely stunning. Straight out of the 1960’s. Stunning view of Ballarat and so close to everything. I had a really wonderful stay. The morning sun coming in through the entire place was gorgeous.

The place was absolutely amazing. Such a nice set up and really different to anything I’ve ever stayed at before. The house was so clean and really well stocked. The hidden areas were also a gem to find. Amy was also really responsive to messages which helped immensely. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone !

Hi Sarah Thanks for your amazing communication. Property was a bit hard to find coming off highway. Property was spotless and the most comfortable bed! Door code was a bit tricky , sometimes had to enter a few times Definitely need ear plugs but noise was well noted on listing. Thanks

Would absolutely recommend booking this home, we loved our time here. It is furnished beautifully, and incredibly well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Ps, the shower is incredible. Best water pressure and shower head!

fantastic place to stay in Ballarat. we've stayed in and around Ballarat a few times over the years and this is by far one of the best spots. 1min walk from a good pub, very close by to cafes and best part, the house itself was so cosy and homey. will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Doreen’s place is absolutely gorgeous! If you are heading to Ballarat, look no further. Great location - walking distance to Sovereign Hill, 5 min drive from central shops and restaurants. Massive space, especially great if you have kids. Our 4 year old loved the kids area with books, toys. Our family was very comfortable and we had a very comfortable stay.

We wanted a homely experience and that is exactly what we got. Comfortable, great location and suited what we needed. My mum picked this as her first foray into the Air bnb world and she was happy

Wow wow wow!! Words just aren’t enough to describe this amazing place. It’s so much better than the photos, such a feast for the eyes. Each room was so tastefully decorated and full of amazing trinkets. The little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms and insane lush towels were superb. The fresh flowers and candles and lamps on to greet us was super special. The glassware made you feel so fancy drinking out of them. We made sure to have a special different occasion in each of the sitting rooms which just added to the excitement of the weekend, even sitting outside in the evening felt like we were in Italy or a stunning English garden. Just absolutely loved every part of it and would highly recommend to anyone. Amazing!!!!!

Cosy house in a lovely quiet location. The chickens are gorgeous. Neat and tidy. Very easy walk into town.

We stayed at Vaughan's for the Ballarat Marathon long weekend and it was like having a home away from home. Vaughan was a great host who was generous and flexible, and the house suited us perfectly. It was really great stay!
