This is maybe the most special AirBnB I have ever stayed at. Every little detail has been attended to. We had a teeny little wedding ceremony here and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a small group. Books, art supplies, toiletries, and ingredients galore! We didn’t need half of what we brought. The view is epic. The indoor plants are enchanting. The beds are insanely hard to get out of. Everyone slept well. We are already trying to find an occasion to come back!! Thank you Heather 🙏🙏

Beautiful home with spectacular river and ocean views. Gated and private on two lush acres (with a little waterfall!), but close to town. We saw deer, seals, and so many birds. Loved the details - pleasantly surprising amenities, ready for cooking, clean in every corner, and comfortable beds and furniture. Mark is a great host! We’ll be back.

The stay as exactly what we were looking for for a cozy getaway! It was clean, private, and the beach view was a huge highlight! Eldonna, the host, was very polite and communicative! Would definitely recommend!

This home is a gem. The views are surreal and the home could not be more comfortable for group of seven. The home was in great shape during a storm while we were inside watching the ocean with the wood stove fired up, bread in the oven and teens happily shooting pool. We will hope to stay again if our travels take us back to the beautiful Oregon coast. Take you for offering this home to AirBnBers.

Shirley's unit is beautiful and perched directly above a river running into the ocean. the view from the hot tub is great. Space was perfect for two families with shared kids room. Worth noting there is a rocky drop off to the river below and out back door so need to have attention with younger kids. if you walk down the street a couple minutes there is a path to beach access. love this stretch of coast and we had everything we needed. thanks Shirley for finding a pack and play for us to use!

I can’t say enough how much my Husband and I enjoyed our stay at Trudy’s, this was one of the nicest, cleanest, fully stocked and well decorated homes we’ve ever stayed in! The convenience of the elevator, and the ability to park in the garage was an added bonus! With beautiful views this home offers we were even able to enjoy a gorgeous sunset on Valentine’s Day! Thank you so much Trudy in helping to make our getaway a memorable one! We will definitely be returning!

Coastaway Cottage is one of the BEST places we have ever stayed! It is light, bright, clean, comfy, super well-appointed, and in a beautiful location. The beds and couch are so comfortable. The towels are super soft. The kitchen has everything we needed and so do the bathrooms. Tracie’s instructions and notes are really helpful. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Gold Beach to enjoy the Southern Oregon coast and the Rogue River! Thank you for making this a perfect home away from home, Tracie!

Such a cute and clean house! We loved the location and the layout of the house. It worked well for our family. My husband and I loved having 2 bathroom vanities in the primary bathroom too. Comfy beds and a comfy sectional in the living room! Definitely would stay there again!

I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you want a relaxing getaway! My friend group and I had a great stay! We loved staying at this airbnb!! The living area seemed a lot bigger than the photos, which was a great surprise. The beach access through the north entrance was only 2 houses down, and took barely a minute to walk there. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens, they have everything you need! The hot tub is covered by the upper deck, which was great for our rainy stay. It was divine to sit in and stare at the ocean waves, almost like you were in the ocean itself! They also leave a key for the garage which was helpful for packing & unpacking, especially if its rainy. I do recommend a nightmask if you need a darker room for sleeping (curtains are not blackout). Also recommend turning the hot tub temp up when you arrive so its ready when you want to go in. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area, it was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had a very wonderful, peaceful stay, and you cannot beat the view!!

Everything was just as described and lovely! We even got a notification that we could check in a bit early, but we were still on the way. The beach was beautiful and the hot tub was delightful. The host was clear about rules and expectations and had so many thoughtful extras - like dog beds and supplies even though I didn't end up bringing my dog along. Thanks so much!

This is a great house to base from to explore Bandon. The coast within walking distance is gorgeous, the town is a short drive or moderate bike ride away, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The area of coastline that is walkable from the house is the best you'll find. Unlike most vacation rentals there were many specialty appliances and lots of Tupperware, making it easy to cook delicious meals at home and make use of leftovers. The only thing we couldn't find that we needed was a tea kettle, but it's possible it was hiding somewhere. The kids loved watching the deer come into the backyard every evening, and the adults loved having space for them to play. It's a great home for adults and children to enjoy themselves and not feel on top of one another the whole time, with multiple dining areas and good separation between two of the three bedrooms and the living areas.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful retreat with us. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm welcoming presence. We especially enjoyed sitting in the front room engaging in conversation, while looking out of the big windows into the beautiful scenery. Nighttime was a treat to hear the crashing of the ocean waves while gazing at the stars. Breakfast was a special time in your spectacular open concept kitchen. A great place for food, conversation and togetherness. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We were able to relax and enjoy the ocean view from the deck. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great private getaway. The place is much bigger than the pictures look and it was very cozy. We were there during the bomb cyclone and we didn’t lose any power and the house was a perfect place to be protected from the storm. The beach access was great and with the limited people who have access was great to explore.

Really good AirBnB! The location is fantastic, right across from the State Park with whale-watching docents and a path down to the beach. The unit with its four bedrooms was spacious and really decked out. There were games, books and movies galore and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything a cook needs. The tableware was ample and stylish. We loved that the glamour was also unfussy and just about indestructible. Nice that there was an enclosed backyard for the pooch We also appreciated the relaxed check-out instructions: lights off and dishwasher running. And the decorating was delightful with personal touches, unlike a lot of corporate-owned places we've stayed at or places decorated from Goodwill!

The home was beautiful, well furnished and clean. The beach was a 5 min walk of the home. There's a lovely book/coffee/art store in Gold Beach as well as a tasty restaurant (The Landing North) with excellent service.

Giles was a great host. He was very communicative and the one small issue we had upon check in was quickly resolved. This speaks to his level of service and desire to ensure we had a great stay. The house is great with perfect proximity to Bandon Dunes.

The location is ideal with a beautiful and private view of the ocean, but still a fraction of a mile to the restaurants and shops of Port Orford. The house is well stocked with essentials so you can quickly settle in and feel right at home. The assortment of art in each room gives it a personal touch. We'll be back. 😊

Excellent place within walking distance of the beach, right on the river. The outdoor hot tub is clean and the perfect way to spend a cool evening outside. Plenty of room for my family of 7.
